SINAL’s model relies on empowering refugees in Bidi Bidi to become self-reliant and positive contributors to society. As many come from harsh realities of conflict, channeling this self-reliance through personal and professional development has been an effective method to create a future generation of leaders among local refugee youth. Through soft-skills training, business management, finance, marketing and digital marketing, we’ve reached hundreds within Bidi Bidi since 2018, helping create nearly 200 jobs since that time.
