Few months ago we implemented a soccer project with the support from our partner #To.org that aimed at promoting social inclusion among young people from the refugee and host communities by engaging them in moral and physical education. After the the first phase is completed over 400 youth from host and refugee communities have started engaging in sport activities. This project has created a significant effect on refugee’s children and young people living within Bidi Bidi. They can now explore, discover and create as they play, developing social skills, learning to express their emotions and gaining confidence in their own abilities at the same time.We are so grateful for the donors and partners who enabled and supported the implementation of this first phase.
